Young Founder Business Bootcamp helps teens discover their strengths, unlock their true potential, and gain the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.
This summer enrichment program for young entrepreneurs is designed to build real life skills and leadership skills through hands-on experience. Students don’t just learn, they create something meaningful. As they explore ideas, solve real-world problems, and develop a vision for their future self, they begin to understand how they fit into the world and what their next move can be.
College is not the only answer. What teens need today is direction, purpose, and the confidence to build their own path. If you’re looking for a teen business program in Winter Garden that delivers clarity, confidence, and real-world experience, this is where it starts.
The Young Founder Business Bootcamp is built on the Young Founders Institute curriculum - a proven, real-world framework designed to help teens think, act, and execute like entrepreneurs. Every session is hands-on, interactive, and built around execution.
1. Identity, Strengths & Vision
Before building anything, we start with clarity.
Who are you? What are you good at? What problems do you care about solving?
Because confidence comes from knowing your value.
2. Idea to MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
Students will:
Turn ideas into real concepts
Build a simple, testable version of their idea
Learn how to start before everything is “perfect”
This is where most adults get stuck. Your teen won’t.
3. Validation (Build–Measure–Learn)
No guessing. No assumptions.
Students will:
Test their ideas with real people
Collect feedback
Adjust based on what actually works
They learn early: if no one wants it, it’s not a business.
4. Brand Voice & Messaging
How do you talk about what you’re building?
Students will:
Define their message
Learn how to communicate clearly and confidently
Understand how to connect with the right audience
Because great ideas don’t matter if no one understands them.
5. Marketing & Digital Presence
Real-world marketing, simplified.
Social media basics
Content that actually connects
How to position an idea so people care
No fluff. Just what works.
6. Money, Sustainability & Financial Responsibility
We teach what schools don’t:
Pricing basics
Understanding costs vs profit
What makes something sustainable
Smart decision-making with money
This is where real-world thinking begins.
7. Networking & People Skills
Success is not built alone.
Students will:
Learn how to introduce themselves
Practice real conversations
Build confidence in social and professional settings
8. Real-World Exposure
This is where everything comes together.
Meet local business owners and entrepreneurs
Learn directly from people doing it right now
Participate in surprise excursions and real-world experiences
We don’t simulate the real world—we bring them into it.
9. Pitch & Presentation
At the end of the program, students will:
Present their idea
Communicate with confidence
Stand behind something they created
This is where you’ll see the transformation.
